Horrible no respect for the loved ones that passed or the mourning familie. They don't communicate on procedure. Funeral services had to return our family member to them because they made a mistake. Would like a number where we can report this gross negligence

We have waited for a week to receive results for my nephew who was only 5 months, we couldn't decide on the burial day cos of the delay from the Forensic. After we got results, my nephew's birth certificate had been withheld and we couldn't do a death certificate. Hell on earth.
