This charity needs to realise that if someone in a shopping mall is walking away, obviously busy, or clearly actively and deliberately avoiding eye contact, that it is incredibly inappropriate - bordering on harassment - to approach, call …
Another debit order just came off after I told you 2 months ago to stop. Should I come to your Westlake office to take my money back. It was supposed to be a 1 time offer anyways, but R525.00 later and you haven't even responded to emails.

Their call operators also will not take no for an answer, which tells me that they are desperate for money. I do not trust them and will not be donating.
This charity needs to realise that if someone in a shopping mall is walking away, obviously busy, or clearly actively and deliberately avoiding eye contact, that it is incredibly inappropriate - bordering on harassment - to approach, call or physically restrain them. They need to respect people's personal space and boundaries.
