Beautiful gardens, good clubhouse with many facilities, highly rated security, friendly residents, plenty of activities. Good restaurant, heated swimming pool, regular keep fit classes. This is more cocoon than die windpomp
I am constantly shocked at the lack of service and care at this place. The frail care is about the best part of Waterfalls. The gardens are great but it stops there. They are not compassionate to wheelchair residents and the dealings I've had with management has always been disappointing.
Upmarket very neat. Small gardens relaxing and safe and secure. Rules are are a bit strict with little lea way to make changes to suit your own needs and taste. Mall of Africa very close and hospital are available and close to Sunninghill.
