The cleaning lady at MOPD was a very rude lady. She had no respect for anyone and was very unprofessional in her interaction with patients.
The intern doctors at General OPD were lazy and had a sense of entitlement. They were arrogant and quickly forgot their pledge. They didn't treat the patients with care and respect.
