Worst customer experience I have EVER received. After 3 weeks of having an original art work of mine that I wanted to get repaired or reframed. They couldn’t even provide me with a simple quote. I personally phoned them numerous times to inquire about the progress and each time I was told that someone would definitely get back to me. They never once did. They also never replied to any of my emails or messages. I will never use this lab again and I won’t recommend it to anyone.
