Eish what a disappointment of a store, went in today to buy 4 new laptops for our business,and service was shocking. They couldn't even get hold of the credit department just to update my card, ended up spending R40k at makro, rather spend youre money where you are wanted people even if it costs more.
This shop has deteriorated from what it used to be. The shop is completely changed and has a much smaller variety of product. The jewelry department is almost non existent. The little that they have is very overpriced.
I am very disappointed. My husband and I received such great in store customer service buying appliances and we were promised delivery on 28th Feb. It’s now 19:15 on 2 March and we still don’t have our fridge. We haven’t been able to store …
