Thokozile Shabalala need to be trained for customer services, i dont think she understand how to treat customers. Yesterday my phone was giving error when I was trying to buy an item using Pay Just Now, she told me to go to phone section …
Bought a washing machine 7 days ago and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. Horrible experience would not recommend. On top of that I was charged a delivery fee (R300) that I wouldn't have been charged if I had bought online. What a waste of my time and money should have just bought online. Hold this 1 star (zero if could).
