Got very BAD response from Emanuel in customer service for Mobile. Manager approved refund as it was not the product which we wanted but Emanuel still refuse to refund.. Then Manager has to show up and sorted it out.
Always only one or two tills open. Prices are wrongly marked on shelves. Floor staff's product knowledge is poor. Trolleys are non existent, and if there is a trolley or two available, it can hardly be pushed. Game used to be onenof my favorite stores. Not anymore.
