The sales lady at the vacuum cleaners cannot assist. She gave me the incorrect details about the product so I had to leave empty handed. When I got home I made use of Google and I was right and she was wrong. I don't stay close by so now I can't drive there again. Bad service
Went to Game Secunda on 24 September 2022... Asked a guy for assistance with something we wanted to buy. We waited +- 20 minutes for him to come and assist. Eventually we found someone else and asked her to assist us. Barely 10 minutes …
I’ve had the best experience when buying at Game Secunda, whenever I bought electronics they last forever or get replaced immediately if faulty. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist. Thank you Game Secunda.
