Very very tarrible service I can't even explain how bad it was
I've been waiting (standing at the return section) for service in the store for more than an hour since 12pm, their customer service is very poor. I regret purchasing in this game store.
Tried for a long time to get a quotation. Phone kept ringing and when answerd eventually after a few calls.I got transferred and the phone never got picked up!
