As the wholesaler, I emailed my order and didn't receive a response (email address off Google). When I went there I waited in a queue before getting what I needed, unfortunately they didn't have dry ice so I had to do an extra trip to Dry Ice International in Morelands to get dry ice (btw they also sell Gatti's products)
The icecream is very good there
I find Gatti to be gone a bit too pricey compared to other local leading brands, also the staff at the cashiers side cause use some coaching on how to deal with customers, it's never a friendly, welcoming environment
