Poor service. Two years later my son has not been placed into a special school. I submitted all the documents and sent follow up emails and called but they hardly respond to emails or answer they phones. It is frustrating!!!!Worst department ever.I wish there was an alternative to get kids to public schools around pretoria.
Poor service. Security did a much better job and deserve a 5 star. I left there without being helped instead I was directed from district to basic, from basic to district office again, next thing I stood in a line and told they are not …

The worst service and department ever. The person working atr the directors office is so disrespectful I had to walk out.
I have a problem with the quality of the education. The department needs urgent intervention. The head of the department should be removed as a start.
The teachers in public schools need more training and they are not qualified to teach.
There should be more resources and facilities in public schools.
I am happy with my child's school. The teachers are dedicated and the facilities are in good condition.
The department office staff is not helpful. They should improve their communication and responsiveness.
