Very nice place and very caring for the elderly and frail living at Gluksoord. A truely ideal place to go, when getting old. The staff is very helpful and kind to all their residents regardless of the difficulties they bring. Very clean and very professional staff. Definitely a place to be in the old age
I had a very good experience at Geluksoord. I am doing my PhD studies and Mrs Van Wyk and the other staff were very friendly and helpful! Very willing to help. I can see they care a lot about their residents. Keep it up!
Unfortunately, the sister who was on duty is terribly inhumane. It is a shame that such people are allowed to look after old people. You may lie there but deserve respect and not be treated like a child. The rest of the staff fantas …
