Eye testing is extraordinarily slow. Averaging more than 10minutes per person. My wife and I have been sitting in que for over 45minutes with only 6 people ahead of us. I suggest you get an eye test at an optician if you plan on doing a license card renewal.
Super friendly and helpful staff. All in all, something I was dreading became a very positive experience on the coldest day of the year so far.. And it's contagious. Even the customers had laughs and chats.
Offices opened ontime. One offisor took our ID's to make copies. Was waiting some time for the machines to start up after load shedding. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Was quick quick in and out. Well done to the staff!!!
