BUYER BEWARE - Girotti Shoes advertises 'free returns' and '100% quality guarantee' but that doesn't mean that if you find fault with the shoe that they will allow a return. They have warrantee department that looks at the pictures that the returner took of the shoe, then the 'warrantee department' decides if the return is allowed or not. They do not honor their 100% guarantee.
