New heels put on my expensive boots. I wore the shoes once walking +-2km from the clinic to Checkers and then by car home, both heels were worn out. Gopals says there is no guarantee on heels.I am sure their heels are of poor quality, I have worn these boots for 2yrs without heel repair.
