There is no customer service.. I stood waiting to pay for my chocolate, but no one acknowledged me standing there or helped me. I work in the same complex, and it's easy just to run over to get a snack.. but it's safe to say I won't be going there again because of the lack of service. Plus they are highly over-priced.
My cappucino is so hot it burnt the skin on my hands. 60 degrees is the burning point for milk. Its not about what your female customers want it hotter & you a woman so you make it how you like it. Go to italy and learn how a real coffee is made. Ready to drink. Not wait 20mins for it to cool down. Pathetic.
