Had to wait 40 min for shocks...people was standing in groups of 4 and 5 talking. Asked for the manager and was told the parts was not in the correct place the workers had to search for it. Thats not service in my eyes. If you have to search for stock then your workers is not doing there job.
Sales and payment side very quick but you need to wait for your parts to be picked and brought to the front to collect and this process is a bit slow
They open late, as a 1st walk-in custmer, all sales consultants ignore you for 5 minutes while chating when they can clearly see you …
