I had a remarkable experience at this place as it was hosting Hollywood Durban July horse racing. The biggest racing event in Africa. From top celebrities, top politicians ,business people and musicians attended. I was at the right place at the right time. Grenville is the place to be.
Large space. Odd shaped access areas. Nice guard at the gate. Beautiful views. It easily accessible from all directions. The place could be renovated but if you not too fussy it is a very nice venue with loads of parking. There is a ramp for those who can't use stairs.
