Ordered a fridge for our company from HI-FI corp. The fridge was not in stock so we paid for it in full & said that we will wait for it from there warehouse 3 to 5 business days. It's almost a month later. The store does not call back …
Poor after sales services...I've been struggling for 5 monts to get a Refund or my money back on a Sansui fridge i bought cash at shop..Phoned customer service numerous times to lodge complaint. Extremely poor service from management at Hi Fi Co operation at Baywest Gqeberha.!!!
