Hilkiah complex - When it rains you have to park your car at the gate and walk to your flat, there is no drive way - and the owner is not planning on geting it fixed. - 5 stars
If it weren't for the mud and no working gates I would recommend but with those two things still outstanding it's not the best place to live in.
