Historic Powder Magazine reviews
Historic Powder Magazine, unfortunately was closed when we went to visit, but the building is in such great condition the locals have done a fantastic job at keeping it in good condition. Bathurst is just filled with history to explore! Don’t be afraid when you come across a dirt road.
Claimed to be the oldest structure in Bathurst. Open air, free and walking distance from town so definitely worth a visit. Can be tricky to find with unmarked dirt roads so best to use Google Maps.
Recently restored, unreal views and lots of history. Found some old porcelain and glass in the area. One of the oldest settler buildings.
