Used to be a great place for fasteners etc but there seems to be new guys behind the counters.... Not interested in listening, very unhelpful and not offering any solutions ... End up visiting competitors around the corner.... please upskill your sales staff.

The staff at Hi-tap Bolt and Tool is not as knowledgeable as they should be. I had to go to another store to find the right tools I needed.
