My experience is disappointing. I wrote an email in the first week of December 2018, still to receive a reply. I made a follow up call and was promised a return call since they have certain times to take call, I am still waiting. Today, I call again the phone rings continuously and is not being answered.
No one ever picks up the phone. No response to emails. You pay them for membership, but no communication if they even received your payment.
Been trying since December to get hold of someone at IBASA - no-one answers the telephone. Can someone point me in the right direction - even sent e-mails no response
