I'm officially annoyed by this institution. I'm waiting for a refund to be processed and no one is coming to the party. IBTC isn't professional at all, just another ghetto college that you pay an enormous amount of money to who refuses to process your refunds due !!!

I have dealt with Robert Mazuru since 2021, only enquiring about CIMA, asking questions etc and all I can say is WOW, I appreciated his honesty, his genuine advice and above all, his patience! LASTLY, Vanessa Schreyer knew exactly how to answer my concerns and even giving me tips. I look forward to starting my CIMA journey with IBTC.

IBTC has been a disappointment. I am still waiting for a refund to be processed and it seems like no one is taking responsibility for it. The lack of professionalism is concerning.
