Idasvalley clinic service is pathetic..
Called in because I missed a Dr appointment (as stated on the card they provided last I was there) and wanted to get a different date. Receptionist tells me 'there are no doctors at the clinic. You will need to see a sister'. I received an abrupt 'goodbye' and the call was disconnected. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
It's like going home ???? to your family ???? . Most staff including the cleaning staff, greet me by name. So, you might have to wait to be attended to, but, good things come to those who wait.
