Bad..bad service ever encountered…the 19:00 bus from CPT to Queenstown for the 22/06/2023 was cancelled at 19:30 which left the passengers stranded. None of their numbers are in use for further enquries. This is the most pathetic service a bus service could ever offer to their clients.
Bad service I was supposed to leave Klerksdorp on the 24 but on the day they sent me a amessage to tell me the bus was postponed. How can a bus trip be postponed I failed to understand that. After all all their contacts numbers does not go through, I had to pay on akither bus to get to Cape Town now I cannot even get my refund

Terrible service. They completely messed up my reservation and gave my seat away. They did not offer any compensation or alternative solution. I was left stranded at the bus station with no way to reach my destination. Avoid this company at all costs.
The buses are old and uncomfortable. The seats are worn out and there is no legroom. The air conditioning was not working and it was very hot inside the bus. The staff were not helpful and did not provide any assistance during the journey. I would not recommend this bus company to anyone.
