honestly if you want to buy a product don't purchase from this website/ company. their customer service is so bad I could overhear the agent speaking with the manager foul about me in the background. they have hidden costs and returning is a nightmare. stay away. you have been warned. I did try to call, every day until someone eventually answered and told me how i was at fault and how i actually have to ask for the money back, not them.
