I have never experienced such a RUDE unprofessional person. I phoned to asked regarding a price of a cartridge. The consultant on the phone tried to convince me why he had certain cartridges in his shop. I merely wanted to know if he has a certain cartridge. He got frustrated and said bye.
It's hard to still find people like the owner of this Ink-Mate branch. He's gone out of his way to help me a few times and prices are great. I really appreciate it. Dankie oom, waardeer dit.
