Bus was two hours late in arriving in Johannesburg. No explanation nor apology by intercity staff. To top it all the toilet was out of order. I sent an email complaining and to date no reply. Well intercity, you can keep your buses, I will never use your company again. Pathetic!!!

I had a terrible experience with Intercity Transportation service. The bus was dirty and the staff were rude. I will never use their service again.
