The customer service staff was rude and unhelpful. They lacked any sort of empathy and seemed more interested in blaming me for their mistake. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from a call center.
The quality of the products and services provided by this call center was subpar. I found many errors and inconsistencies in the information they provided, and their solutions did not solve my problems satisfactorily.
The initial impression and atmosphere of the call center were quite positive. The staff seemed friendly and professional, and the offices were well-maintained. However, this positive impression quickly changed when I encountered the poor customer service.
