Did the koppie walk. Well marked with white stones. About 6 km. Hot, dry and quite tough. Then about 4,5km along the river. Beautiful, forested, easy, although there are a couple of large tree trunks to climb over, as well as some steep sand ditches needing agility to walk through.
My favorite trail run in the PTA area simply for the beauty on this route. Choose between 5, 10 and 15 KM with 3 separate 5km routes. Do loops or all of them in one go depending on the degree of difficulty you need to train. …
