Unfortunately surrounding area is rundown. Flats are spacious and very comfortable. Trustees are dictatorial and Mafia like in the running of the complex, however residents are trying to correct this. In another area this would be a sought after complex.
Awesome retirement accommodation in the heart of Pietermaritzburg. Friendly Staff. Very Helpful. Residents are friendly and look after each other.
