I have never experienced such shocking service and treatment from a shop assistant. The woman at the front of office is rude and has absolutely no interpersonal skills. I will never set foot in that shop again. I took my clock back without getting repaired because I was so shocked at the treatment I received.
Took this Antique grandfather clock to JVT to have the movement replaced. They did a beautiful job and it looks magnificent. Well done ! Very happy !
