Kaelo Health reviews
Kaelo Gap cover refuses to honor an in hospital claim. Apparently their Assessor declined the claim as a portion of the procedure that was also included was added to the statement. Kaelo will look for any "Gap" to not pay.
Too good to be true usually is... Can't get a clear awnser about the policy after numerous calls to call Centre, emailed and even escalated on fb messenger.. Eventually got a call from Escalations department...before I got a clear answer, …
Ive recently joing Kaelo Health and I must say, to date the service and professional feedback I have received has been exceptional. I also think the product covers a wide array of elements and is great value for money. Very happy so far, thank you! :)
