I've been shopping here for over a decade. The service has been consistently atrocious. They are disinterested and never offer assistance. When you do call them over for help they are condescending and do the bare minimum. I was very close to making a purchase but chose not to support a store that treats their customers so badly.
Sold me a piece of glass under the pretense that it was an Opal. Spent well over a thousand rand for the tiny stone. Only to have it checked and told its glass with some film underneath it to reflect color. It's a very sad and dispointing …
