Two hour wait for a scan because the administrator was struggling with a membership number that she entered incorrectly. Just to call me after two hours and ask me if the membership number is correct. Poor poor poor service.

The service at Keystone Radiology was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience.
I had a terrible experience at Keystone Radiology. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The wait time was ridiculously long and the facilities were dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
