My family and I love Kingsley but have been experiencing a lot of the bottles have no gas so we really don't know what to do except stop buying.
Very dissapointed as I am buying two to three 6 packs weekly as an individual. The last three 6 packs I bought had two to three bottles inside without gas. Already flat and yet the seal is still intact. Two bottles were overfilled. Please advise. Is Kingsley going to return this or not
Sadly, great product, but you can't get any supply from the Durban depot and headoffice just doesnt seem to care. After building a loyal Kingsley customer base and stocking their product in many of our outlets, we now are left with empty …

Sadly, great product, but you can't get any supply from the Durban depot and headoffice just doesnt seem to care. After building a loyal Kingsley customer base and stocking their product in many of our outlets, we now are left with empty shelves and angry customers. This is not the way to treat loyal trade. We cannot sell products that we are unable to source. Unbelievably unprofessional!!!
Awesome taste, but more often than not the bottles are flat. The product tastes great when there is some fizziness to it, but lately it has been mostly flat. Please fix this issue.
