No standby power supply incase of loadsheding- very bad service. Batho-pele concept not practiced. No sense of urgency to serve customers. Queues and queues and people told to come next day though no guarantees for help.
Fridays they close at 11:00. With loadshedding the will close at 9:00. So with that said the people flow good but only 1 teller available. Useless, own people 2hrs because of loadshedding but will NEVER get if from them. Need solar or generator for this municipality.
I've never had to wait this long in a queue, not even at Shoprite on it's busiest days. It literally took me 6 hours to renew my driver's license. I don't know how they expect 50+ people to be assisted by one cashier. There's really a lot to complain about
