I don't mind the wait, our health system and overall government are inconsistent, but the nurses make their issues ours and feel we are the reason they leave late. They have this expectation of everyone coming in early morning. I work nightshift, so it's difficult for me to come in that early. The nurses need to be more understanding and accommodating.
An absolutely horrible place to be in. Yesterday I literally sat there from 7am till 15h00 waiting for them to just give me my file so I can go see the nurses. The staff seemed disorganized and uncaring. It's frustrating and a waste of time.
Poly clinic is a joke, you wait about 6 hours for your file so that you will be able to get help you are looking for. You arrive early before 7am and you get help after 15:00. Sometimes you are told to come back tomorrow because nurses are busy. It's a frustrating experience and needs to be improved.
