I am so disappointed the driver who drove vehicle 709 KWA GP this afternoon between 16h30 -17H48 was uncouth and had no regard for customer service. His misogynist character left an unpleasant feeling.

I have used the service for a while and have always received stellar service from Tebatso. They however need to consider either training Karen on her phone etiquette or get someone else to answer the phone, she gets irritated and Impatient at times which is a major no no when dealing with customers
