Post office hours were till 5pm, calls made at 4:30 not answered door closed before 5.
Non-existent service. No postal delivery in 9 months. Counter setvice is incredibly pathetic. Staff is unable to solve queries and have a totally apathetic approach to customer service. Overall impression is really, really bad.
