A very useless legal company, they been busy with my case since mid last year even now no help, they communicate with you every after 6 months
Please note that I have posted questions on the website and asked Connie for assistance with a statement with change of address for 2 weeks now and to date have not received a response. As a legal company your clients should enjoy priority support. Not impressed with service delivery at all. Policy number 01337637.
Lady at desk was unhelpful. Will have to call the call centre or something.
