Went there to see if this Lookout is worth the drive but was dissapointed. Lots of vagrants around the area. Park is in a sorry state just like the rest of the parks in the municipality. …
Pigeon Valley UIP, Citadel, local business and residents, taking responsibility for the park. Cleaning up, filling in, now ready to dig up a portion to plant veggie gardens. Watch this space.
Great look out of Durban but now blocked by trees
