Disgraceful service! Rude and obnoxious staff who instead of helping and being understanding hang up the call on their customers because they seem to think they are doing the customer a favor! Shelwin is the name of the individual who is a disgrace to this so called company. Hope Delta catches up with them and cuts them off!
Have never dealt with a more incompetent bunch of people in my life. How Delta Airlines have assigned them as their luggage repair agent is beyond me!
