Absolutely disgusted at the poor service. Popped in on Saturday to buy a new phone and computer. I walked through the store for over an hour and not one staff member asked if I needed help. When I finally found a staff member to assist me, he seemed completely uninterested and had very little knowledge about the products. It was a frustrating experience and I ended up leaving without making a purchase.
Quick and efficient. Staff were helpful and gave me a full run down of the product I wanted to buy. They also informed me about the ongoing promotions which saved me some money. Overall, a great experience.
So disappointed. I got expired Clover Classic yoghurts on the shelves. I even took a picture of those yoghurts. They were expired on 15 July 2023. This is unacceptable. I expected better quality control from a big store like Makro Riversands.
