The service is appalling. At 12h30 people were told to come back the next day as the employees had processed enough people for the day. How disrespectful is that? The lady at reception is also very impolite to people.
Only problem is that the waiting time, and the receptionist thinks that they doing you a favor, they help but with an attitude, needs to be looked into, I feel for the 1st time visitors
The ladies are trying their best. Need to employ more staff to deal with the excessive workload.
