I have to share how amazingly friendly, hospitable, helpful and kind all the staff was at the ICU unit. Didn’t matter which time of day, we were always greeted with a warm smile - the security, the nurses, the doctors and others. We felt so taken care of - thank you!
I prefer this hospital to others in Bloemfontein. Service is always great and place is clean and beautiful. They have all the doctors and specialists you might need.
Absolutely useless hospital. Night staff at emergency unit have no idea how to treat and help patients as they enter the emergency room. Triage system is also ignored. First come first serve is their only policy. I have no idea how they are …
