The MERSETA website has been down now for about three weeks. The message is always 'site under maintenance'. WSP/ATR submission time is coming up but you can't access the site to do the work and you cannot speak to a person to assist you.
We were doing a learnership under merseta and it ended within 3 months, the company says that merseta is the one that terminated the contract that was supposed to take 12 months. We tried calling merseta and they are not picking up
Terrible, I am not satisfied with the answers I got for not getting my trade certificate that I did in 2019 December. . Not while the people I did the very same program, started on the same date, with the same company, and got the same NQF …
