Every single visit to this Milky Lane has been a huge disappointment. The staff are unprofessional and untrained. I was watching while they were preparing my waffle and they were constantly messing around. About 5 people hovering over the counter. The waffle turned out to be nothing special and not worth the money. The milkshake was too sweet and lacked flavor. Overall, a terrible experience.

We decided to give it another chance, but this time it was worse. The tables were filthy, and the floor had bits of waffle all over it. The staff seemed disinterested and were not cleaning up. The ice cream was mediocre at best. We will not be returning.
